SuperAdmin Changed Password

I'm experiencing an urgent issue with my self-hosted Medplum deployment on AWS (both dev and staging environments). The default admin credentials (admin@example.com / medplum_admin) that were working fine until yesterday are no longer valid, and I'm now unable to log in.
There have been no changes to the deployment configuration from my end. Could you please help me investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible? I'm currently blocked.
